鋰硅合金其主相為L(zhǎng)i13Si4,外觀為深灰色金屬固體粉末,性質(zhì)極不穩(wěn)定,遇水強(qiáng)烈反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生大量熱并且放出氫氣,在潮濕空氣中會(huì)自燃。鋰硅合金作為熱電池負(fù)極材料,因其安全性、穩(wěn)定性及成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是目前用量最大的熱電池負(fù)極材料。用鋰硅合金作負(fù)極材料的熱電池,較鈣系、鎂系熱電池體系有著大功率放電、高比能量、激活迅速、貯存期長(zhǎng)及結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等優(yōu)點(diǎn),特別適合大電流脈沖放電。

產(chǎn)品粒度一般控制D50值在45-150um,具體粒度大小由供需雙方商定。

包裝、貯存 Packaging and storage
鋰硅合金包裝于清潔、干燥的鋁瓶中,以高純氬氣密封。本品應(yīng)密閉隔絕空氣保存,注意防潮、防水,遠(yuǎn)離熱源、火源及氧化性物質(zhì)。
