氟化碳纖維由于表面能偏低,化學惰性強等特點,其應用領域受到了一定的限制。較低程度的表面氟化改性可以提高碳纖維的表面能,使其浸潤性和粘結性大大提高,而較高程度的表面氟化反而能夠進一步降低其表面能,增強其潤滑性和在溶液中的分散性,從而大大拓展其應用領域。氟化碳纖維可以用作絕緣體、電池活性物質、輕質高導電性物質。
Due to the characteristics of low surface energy and strong chemical inertness, the application of fluorinated carbon fiber is limited. Low degree of surface fluorination can improve the surface energy of carbon fiber and greatly improve its wettability and adhesion, while high degree of surface fluorination can further reduce its surface energy and enhance its lubricity and dispersion in solution, thus greatly expanding other application fields.
